Service Listings and Contracts

• Sellers may create listings for services they offer. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Uphiva reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Buyers may post projects or accept gigs from sellers. By accepting a gig or project, both parties agree to be bound by the terms specified in the listing.
• Uphiva is not a party to any contracts between buyers and sellers. We provide a platform to facilitate transactions but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered.

Payments and Fees

• All payments for services exchanged on Uphiva must be made through our platform. We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to promptly pay any fees or charges associated with your use of our services.

However, Uphiva is not responsible for resolving any disputes and does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
